Return Policy

During regular times, we are pleased to refund or exchange unworn, unwashed merchandise in its original condition and its original packaging, with the price tags still attached and the original receipt, within 30 days of the purchase. Returns will be accepted on swimsuits only if the hygienic protection is attached. We strongly suggest you do not remove your underwear when you first try on the swimwear or panties until you are sure that the fit and style are to your liking.
Swimique reserves the right to refuse any returns or reimbursements of discounted goods not listed above and on items that have been worn, abused, altered, soiled, washed or damaged in any way. Items received in such condition will be returned to the client. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment, and forfeit all claims. Return sent by mail must be postdated within 45 days of the original date on the receipt. Refunds will be made by the method of payment used. Please allow five business days, from the date the merchandise is received at our premise for refunds. Please allow adequate time for shipping. No refund or credit will be given for shipping and handling charges, unless defective or Swimique Swimwear error. In these cases Swimique Swimwear will pay the shipping costs if products are returned by a transportation company that provides guarantees against loss or damages. Packages must be properly shipped freight-prepaid.
